Job Description

Primary title: Sales Manager B2B

About The Opportunity

A fast-growing player in the global talent marketplace and HR-technology sector, operating across enterprise staffing, freelance marketplaces, and B2B talent solutions. We sell subscription and transaction-based services to HR, procurement, and business leaders, helping them scale on-demand talent and workforce programs.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own the full B2B sales cycleprospect, qualify, present value propositions, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline using CRM best practices; prioritize high-conversion opportunities and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Develop and execute territory and account strategies for target segments (enterprise, mid-market, and strategic partnerships).
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align go-to-market campaigns, refine proposals, and ensure smooth handoffs post-close.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, weekly pipeline updates, and performance reports to leadership; identify risks and mitigation plans.
  • Coach and influence internal stakeholders and junior sellers on deal structure, pricing, and objection handling to scale repeatable processes.
