Position: B2B Field Sales Manager

About The Opportunity

We are hiring a results-oriented B2B Field Sales Manager to lead territory growth across India in a hybrid workplace. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial sales leader who can build pipeline, close complex deals, and grow strategic accounts through consultative selling and field presence.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own assigned territory: generate pipeline, qualify opportunities, and close B2B deals to meet revenue targets and quota.
  • Manage and grow key accounts through proactive relationship-building, on-site meetings, and executive-level engagement.
  • Develop and execute territory plans, prioritize high-value prospects, and map decision-makers to accelerate sales cycles.
  • Use CRM to drive disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and timely activity reporting.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to design tailored solutions and deliver compelling commercial proposals.
  • Represent the company at industry events and on-site client presentations to build brand trust and identify new opportunities.
