What You'll Do
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Translate business vision into actionable sales strategies by creating structured execution plans, mentoring teams, optimizing processes, and ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets.
- Lead the complete sales target from strategy formulation to on-ground execution, ensuring alignment between business goals, market opportunities, and revenue outcomes.
- Act as a business leader who can bridge strategy with execution by building high-performing teams, enabling consultative selling, and creating a strong revenue-driven sales culture.
- Drive business growth for Ginesys product solutions across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
- Monitor team performance, forecasting, and sales metrics to ensure target achievement.
Enterprise Sales & Business Growth
- Manage the complete enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, Retail Heads, IT Heads, and key decision-makers.
- Identify new business opportunities within Retail, Fashion, Apparel, FMCG, and Manufacturing sectors.
- Conduct strategic client meetings, solution presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Collaborate with Pre-sales, Product, and Leadership teams to create customized solutions for clients.
Execution & Market Expansion
- Translate sales strategies into measurable execution plans.
- Drive pipeline creation through outbound prospecting, networking, partnerships, and industry connects.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to strengthen GTM initiatives.
- Ensure strong sales governance, process adherence, and forecast accuracy.
What We're Looking For
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS / ERP / Retail-Tech sales.
- Proven track record in enterprise or mid-market software sales.
- Strong understanding of Retail ERP, POS, OMS, WMS, or supply chain solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in mentoring, guiding, and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Experience handling long sales cycles and high-value enterprise deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong consultative selling mindset with problem-solving ability.
- High ownership, resilience, and target-driven approach.
