Job Description

Business Development Manager SaaS / AI Technology – 8+ Years – Gurgaon

We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager with 8+ of experience in enterprise SaaS / technology sales, preferably with exposure to Middle East markets, especially KSA. The ideal professional should bring strong expertise in end-to-end B2B sales, consultative selling, CXO stakeholder management, and enterprise deal closures. Experience in AI-led digital solutions, SaaS platforms, or sales transformation products will be highly preferred.

Location: Gurgaon

Region: Indian Market and Middle East Market ( KSA )

Responsibilities

  1. Managing the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and lead qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
  2. Identifying and prioritizing high-potential enterprise accounts across Middle East markets through strategic outbound and inbound efforts.
  3. Engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers to understand business challenges and align relevant SaaS solutions.
  4. Driving consultative conversations and positioning AI-led technology solutions to demonstrate measurable business value.
  5. Collaborating with internal product, pre-sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless deal progression.
  6. Maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, updating CRM systems, and ensuring timely deal visibility.
  7. Customizing pitch narratives and proposal discussions in line with local market dynamics and client expectations.
  8. Building long-term enterprise relationships and creating account growth opportunities through structured follow-ups.

Requirements

  1. 8+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development within SaaS, technology, or digital products.
  2. Strong exposure to Middle East / GCC markets, preferably KSA enterprise accounts.
  3. Proven experience in enterprise SaaS deal closures and full sales cycle ownership.
  4. Strong expertise in consultative selling, solution pitching, and commercial negotiations.
  5. Experience in CXO / senior stakeholder engagement across enterprise clients.
  6. Familiarity with CRM platforms, virtual sales tools, and pipeline forecasting.
  7. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  8. Graduation is mandatory; MBA / Post Graduation preferred.
