Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager with a strong background in selling Quality Assurance (QA) services within the Oracle ERP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in enterprise IT services sales, a solid understanding of Oracle ERP platforms, and the ability to drive revenue through strategic client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the end-to-end sales cycle for QA and testing services focused on Oracle ERP (Oracle EBS, Oracle Cloud ERP)
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries such as BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail, and Healthcare
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent revenue generation and accurate forecasting
  • Engage with CXOs, IT leaders, and key stakeholders to position QA solutions for ERP transformation, implementation, and upgrades
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery, and solution teams to develop tailored proposals and RFP responses
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor landscape, and Oracle ecosystem developments
  • Lead contract negotiations and close deals while ensuring profitability and compliance
  • Represent ImpactQA at industry events, conferences, and networking forums

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in IT services sales, with at least 3+ years in QA/testing services
  • Strong exposure to Oracle ERP environments (Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion Cloud)
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Solid understanding of software testing lifecycle, QA frameworks, and automation tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Established network within the Oracle ERP customer ecosystem
  • Experience selling managed QA services, test automation, or digital transformation solutions
  • Familiarity with Oracle implementation partners and system integrators
