Job Description

The Account Executive is a hunter role, opening doors, building relationships, and closing high-value deals with some of the most sophisticated financial institutions in the world.

Description

  • Proactively source, prospect, and generate new opportunities across the Middle East
  • Own the full sales cycle, from first outreach to signed deal
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of high-value opportunities
  • Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets
  • Sell training and learning solutions into banks, sovereign wealth funds, and financial institutions
  • Lead commercial conversations and navigate complex buying processes
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to structure and close deals
  • Develop relationships with decision-makers and influencers across client organizations
  • Expand existing accounts and identify upsell opportunities
  • Represent the company in client meetings, events, and industry conferences
  • Build brand presence and credibility in the Middle East market
  • Provide market feedback to refine the go-to-market approach

Profile

  • 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in a Hunter capacity
  • Experience selling into financial institutions, banks, or related sectors is a strong plus
  • Proven ability to generate pipeline and close deals
  • Strong commercial instincts and confidence in client-facing situations
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and results-driven
  • Ability to operate independently and take ownership of a region
  • Willingness to travel across the Middle East as needed
