Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Hunter to drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth for our Professional & Managed Services portfolio. This role focuses on enterprise and mid-market customers, requiring strong prospecting, consultative selling, and deal-closing expertise across Data Center, DR, Cloud, and IT Managed Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new customer acquisition and build a strong pipeline for Professional & Managed Services
- Proactively hunt opportunities across:
- Data Center Services
- Disaster Recovery (DR) Solutions
- Cloud Services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Network & Facilities Management (NMS, FMS)
- Remote Infrastructure Management
- Engage with CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, and IT Heads to position value-led, outcome-based solutions
- Own the entire sales lifecycle: lead generation, discovery, solution positioning, commercial negotiation, and closure
- Collaborate with pre-sales, delivery teams, and OEM/partner ecosystem to build winning proposals
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting in CRM
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer pain points
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong hunter mindset with a proven track record of closing new business
- Deep understanding of:
- Data Center & Disaster Recovery services
- Cloud services and migration-led selling
- NMS, FMS, SOC/NOC, and IT Managed Services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation capabilities
- Ability to sell solutions and business outcomes, not just products
- High energy, self-driven, and target-focused approach
Preferred Qualifications
- 59 years of B2B IT Services sales experience
- Mandatory experience in Professional Services and Managed Services sales
- Existing enterprise and mid-market connects in Mumbai / Bangalore / Western region is a strong plus
- Exposure to OEM-led and partner-ecosystem selling
