Indian HRTech sales experience mandatory. NOT a 9-to-5 job with work-life balance. We work hard 5.5 days a week, sell hard, and build a product customers love.

CTC: 20-30 LPA

The Role

Equip helps companies hire faster. It has shortlisting tools like ATS, Resume Screening, AI Interviews and Assessments. It also helps companies discover candidates, like on LinkedIn.

This is NOT a traditional Sales Manager role. We've grown to 850+ companies across 81 countries with zero salespeople. Customers found us, tried the product, and paid us based on usage. We're now building a sales motion from scratch, and this role leads it.

You'll own our largest and most strategic accounts, the deals the founder handles today. You'll manage and grow the sales team, set how we sell, and build the playbook as we go. You'll also stay close enough to customers and the product that you shape what we build next.

This is a salary-based role with no commission. We pay a strong fixed salary because we want people who take ownership of the whole job, not just the parts that pay a bonus.

What you'll do

  • Own and close our largest, most strategic accounts, including the top-down, org-wide deals
  • Manage, coach, and grow the Account Executive team
  • Set the sales strategy and build the playbook, process, and standards from scratch
  • Represent Equip at events and in our highest-stakes customer and partner conversations
  • Take over the senior selling the founder does today and make it repeatable
  • Turn market and customer signal into clear product and positioning direction
  • Own the numbers: pipeline, forecasting, and how the function performs

Additional Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with real experience closing larger, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Have managed or mentored salespeople and want to build a team, not just hit your own number
  • Can sell top-down to leadership and procurement, not only bottom-up to individual users
  • Genuinely curious about the product and the customer, not just the close
  • Thrive in early-stage, high-ownership environments and comfortable building where nothing exists yet
  • Want to build a sales function from zero and own its outcome
