The Role
Equip helps companies hire faster. It has shortlisting tools like ATS, Resume Screening, AI Interviews and Assessments. It also helps companies discover candidates, like on LinkedIn.
This is NOT a traditional Sales Manager role. We've grown to 850+ companies across 81 countries with zero salespeople. Customers found us, tried the product, and paid us based on usage. We're now building a sales motion from scratch, and this role leads it.
You'll own our largest and most strategic accounts, the deals the founder handles today. You'll manage and grow the sales team, set how we sell, and build the playbook as we go. You'll also stay close enough to customers and the product that you shape what we build next.
This is a salary-based role with no commission. We pay a strong fixed salary because we want people who take ownership of the whole job, not just the parts that pay a bonus.
