Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Enterprise Sales Manager based in Bangalore (Indiranagar).

The Enterprise Sales Manager will own the complete B2B sales lifecycle, from prospecting and lead generation to solutioning, negotiation, closure, onboarding, and post-sales relationship management.

The role requires building relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, CFOs, Founders, and Benefits teams to help organizations implement Even's OPD and wellness solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong B2B sales background and experience handling end-to-end enterprise sales and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, networking, and partnerships
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: discovery, presentations, solutioning, proposal creation, negotiation, closure, and go-live
  • Engage with HR leaders, CFOs, CHROs, and Founders in mid-market and enterprise organizations
  • Conduct product demos and benefit presentations
  • Prepare customized proposals, RFQs, and pricing discussions
  • Work closely with operations, product, onboarding, and customer success teams
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, service delivery, and long-term client satisfaction
  • Manage renewals, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline updates, and accurate sales forecasting
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and pricing intelligence
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue targets

Qualifications

  • 3–10 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise Sales
  • Proven track record in end-to-end sales ownership, from self-generated leads to service delivery
  • Experience in Health Insurance, Employee Benefits, Wellness, InsurTech, SaaS, or Corporate Solutions
  • Strong experience in renewals, account management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to manage enterprise accounts and multiple decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High ownership mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment
