THE MANDATE
This role is focused on new business acquisition rather than account servicing.
We are looking for proactive, high-impact corporate sales professionals who are comfortable with cold outreach, senior-level conversations, and end-to-end deal ownership.
If you are self-driven and prefer building your own pipeline, this role will suit you well.
ROLE SUMMARY
You will own new corporate business acquisition from start to finish—from prospecting and first contact to negotiation and closure. The role requires confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders, persistence in follow-ups, and the ability to convert opportunities into measurable revenue outcomes .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and acquire new corporate & enterprise clients
Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, cold calling, pitching, negotiation & closure
Engage with CXOs, business heads, and key decision-makers through structured outreach
Conduct face-to-face and virtual meetings with high-value prospects
Build and maintain a strong, active, and high-quality sales pipeline
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Represent the organization for new business growth in the assigned region
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
6–10 years of corporate / enterprise sales experience Filed Job
Should do conducting min 3-5 client meetings in a day.
Demonstrated success in cold calling, direct outreach, and deal closures
Exposure to Services/ SaaS / ERP / Software / B2B solutions sales
Resilience to manage rejection and move conversations forward confidently
Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
