Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee and lead the sales team to achieve sales targets, develop sales strategies, build strong relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities. Responsibilities also include preparing sales reports, monitoring market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process. Collaboration with other departments to optimize sales efforts and improve customer experience is also a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Strategy, Lead Generation, and Sales Target Planning
- Proficiency in Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, and Negotiation
- Experience with Market Analysis, Trend Identification, and Business Development
- Effective Communication, Team Leadership, and Organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a remote team efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not mandatory
