Key Responsibilities
Brand Representation: Act as the face of our firm, creating awareness of premium projects, RERA-compliant investments, and our value proposition to High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).
Lead Generation & Cold Calling: Leverage your network, digital tools, and cold outreach to identify and approach HNIs, developers, and investors.
Negotiation & Investment Advocacy: Master our project philosophies, valuations, and strategies; negotiate deals with conviction to onboard investors and close high-ticket sales.
Business Development: Nurture long-term relationships, ensure client satisfaction, and partner with us to build a sustainable pipeline of repeat investors.
Revenue Generation: Meet targets by driving investments into plots, apartments, and commercial spaces for mutual growth.
