Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Sales Manager at Dominor Digital. The Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets, develop sales strategies, and identify new business opportunities. Daily tasks include building strong relationships with clients, analyzing market trends, preparing sales reports, and delivering presentations to potential clients. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and drive long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Sales Strategy Development, Revenue Growth Management, and Business Development
  • Strong skills in Client Relationship Management, Team Leadership, and Negotiation
  • Ability to conduct Market Analysis, Competitor Research, and prepare detailed Sales Reports
  • Experience with CRM Tools, Data-Driven Sales, and KPI Tracking
  • Effective Communication, Presentation, and Problem-Solving abilities
  • Prior experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of the performance marketing landscape is preferred
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
