Job Description:-
Sales Strategy and Planning:
1. Team Management & Development.
2. Developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the assigned territory.
3. Identifying potential clients and markets within the territory.
4. Providing guidance and support to sales representatives in the field.
5. Monitoring and evaluating team performance, providing feedback and coaching.
6. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
7. Understanding client needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.
8. Providing excellent customer service and resolving client issues.
9. Achieving sales targets and quotas within the assigned territory.
10. Managing the sales pipeline and tracking sales progress and closing deals and securing new business. 11. Preparing and submitting regular sales reports to management.
12. Analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement.
13. Monitoring and reporting on competitor activity.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial sector.
3. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Strong knowledge of financial products and services.
7. Experience in building and managing client relationships.
8. Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
9. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
