2. Key Account & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key decision-makers, consultants, and project heads.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships from lead generation to project execution and post-sale support.
- Conduct regular client reviews, feedback sessions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Market Intelligence & Brand Positioning
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming project opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for brand positioning, corporate presentations, and participation in exhibitions or trade fairs.
- Promote company offerings through technical seminars, webinars, and consultant engagement programs.
4. Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with theEngineering, Production, and R&D teamsto ensure technical feasibility and product availability.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
- Maintain discipline in documentation, pricing approvals, and CRM usage.
5. Leadership & Team Support
