Location: Remote / Hybrid (India)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across India and international markets for our digital and technology service offerings, including performance marketing, Web development, application development, and custom software solutions. The ideal candidate has a strong track record in B2B services sales, understands digital ecosystems, and can independently manage the full sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across domestic and global markets
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closure
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline with consistent forecasting and reporting
- Develop customized proposals aligned with client business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, tech, delivery) to ensure seamless onboarding and execution
- Maintain long-term client relationships and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience in digital marketing, IT services, or software solutions
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, SEO, web/app development, and custom software services
- Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals in domestic and/or international markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling to US, UK, or other international markets
- Existing network of business decision-makers or agencies
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales processes
