Job Title -Virtual Relationship Officer - Wealth

Job Location -Mumbai (Opposite to Andheri Metro)

Qualification - any - 12th/Diploma/Graduate

Reporting To -Manager – Virtual Relationship, Wealth

Duties & Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with IFAs (B2B Partners) and Direct Investors (B2C) through telesales and virtual engagement.
• Conduct direct engagement via virtual meetings, one-on-one calls, and webinars to strengthen B2B channels.
• Engage with channel partners and prospective customers for wealth products (Fixed Income, P2P, Insurance, Mutual Funds).
• Leverage digital campaigns to build and expand the prospecting funnel.
• Manage and support customer service and channel queries to ensure portfolio engagement.

Key Skills & Abilities

• Strong understanding of financial markets.
• Knowledge across investment products (Fixed Income, P2P, Insurance, Mutual Funds).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience in growth marketing and communication.
• Demonstrated ownership, passion, ambition, and ability to perform in a high-growth organization.

Additional Requirements

• Minimum education: 12th (2–4 years of experience) or Graduate (1–2 years of experience).
• Direct calling on open databases to introduce wealth products (P2P, FDs, Insurance, MFs).
• Prior experience in any wealth management telesales process (Mutual Fund, Broking Company, Insurance, etc.).
