Job Description

• Manage and maintain customer relationships using Salesforce CRM platform

• Handle key enterprise accounts and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams

• Support sales strategy development and execution for business growth

• Track customer interactions, sales pipeline, and reporting using CRM tools

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for delivery and client servicing

• Ensure accurate data management and reporting within Salesforce systems

• Assist in identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling services

• Provide insights and analytics to improve customer engagement and decision-making

• Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and leadership teams

• Ensure compliance with organizational sales policies and processes
