Sales Manager
Location: Delhi NCR
Work Setup: Remote (first 30 to 60 days), then in office
About the RoleWe are building a high-performance outbound sales team in India as part of our global expansion. This is a foundational role where you will play a key part in setting up, managing, and scaling a call center from the ground up.
This is not a traditional management role. You will be fully responsible for execution, team building, and performance delivery.
What You Will Be Responsible ForTeam Building and Hiring (Primary Focus in First 30 to 60 Days)Identify, interview, and hire:
- SDR callers
- Support roles such as list builders and CRM assistants
Ensure all candidates:
- Speak clear and confident English
- Can follow scripts with precision
- Are comfortable handling global conversations
Your goal is to build a team of 3 to 5 high quality callers. Strong screening and selection standards are critical.
Sales Execution and Performance Management- Ensure daily outbound calling targets are consistently met
- Monitor call quality, script adherence, and conversation effectiveness
- Drive performance towards:
- Qualified meetings (CDQLs)
- Consistent pipeline generation
- Identify issues early and resolve them immediately
Managing Existing Global Callers (Initial Phase)- Work closely with current global team members
- Learn and align with:
- Scripts
- Campaigns
- Ideal Customer Profiles
- Qualification frameworks (PQL, DQL, SQL, CDQL)
- Ensure full alignment with Konsyg standards
Process and Discipline Enforcement- Ensure strict adherence to scripts with no deviation without approval
- Identify underperformance early and take immediate corrective action
- Maintain high standards of discipline and accountability
Reporting and Visibility- Track daily activity including:
- Calls made
- Leads generated
- Meeting quality
- Provide clear and consistent daily updates
- Ensure leadership has full visibility into performance
Setup and Ground Operations (Pilot Phase)- Support the setup of initial operations including:
- Co working space
- Basic infrastructure such as systems and seating
- Ensure:
- Attendance discipline
- Proper use of tools and systems
- No misuse of time or resources
Key Performance IndicatorsFirst 30 to 60 Days- Successfully hire 3 to 5 qualified callers
- Demonstrate strong ability to screen, select, and reject candidates based on quality
Ongoing- Consistent daily calling activity across the team
- Delivery of qualified meetings (CDQLs)
- High call quality with strong script adherence and communication
- Zero tolerance for lack of discipline or poor follow through
