Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales efforts, developing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, overseeing sales processes, managing a team of sales representatives, and ensuring customer satisfaction to support company growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and creating sales strategies.
  • Experience in the cabinetry, furniture, or interior design industry is an advantage, Looking for 1-2 Years Experience, Junior Sales Manager.
  • Knows Telugu & English , knowing Hindi is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a sales team.
  • Proficiency in market research,customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines and sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field .
