Job Description

  • Formulate product-wise monthly sales and collection plans for the assigned area and motivate the team to achieve value growth within specified discount and credit norms.
  • Ensure organizational objectives are achieved for the assigned geography, including pricing strategies and revenue targets.
  • Manage delivery of High Potential Key Retailer Plans, Channel Expansion Plans, and Fortress Company Plans.
  • Oversee billing to an adequate number of accounts per sales personnel and implement range selling strategies.
  • Develop and ensure all accounts operate at optimum capacity.
  • Maintain and nurture strategic relationships with key channel partners to increase stock uptake and gather market intelligence.
  • Implement town/cluster-specific demand generation activities to enhance brand preference among influencers and consumers, and execute national/regional DG initiatives.
