About the Role
Crestmont Hotel is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue across rooms, banquets, and F&B outlets. The ideal candidate will have prior hotel sales experience, strong industry connections, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales to achieve room, banquet, and F&B revenue targets
- Develop and manage corporate, travel trade, and key account clients
- Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and hotel site inspections
- Negotiate contracts and close business in line with hotel strategy
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging market segments
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
- Coordinate closely with operations, reservations, and marketing teams to maximize revenue
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality sales
- Hotel industry experience preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Knowledge of corporate, travel trade, and MICE segments is an advantage
- Self-motivated, well-organized, and results-oriented
