Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager who can drive business growth through direct market engagement, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. The role requires a blend of field sales expertise, solution selling, and marketing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and develop new clients across target sectors
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal technical teams to design and propose customized networking solutions
  • Drive direct sales by meeting clients, presenting solutions, and closing deals
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners to enhance revenue and market reach
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to commercialize products and services effectively
  • Prepare and implement annual business plans; track performance monthly and take corrective actions as needed
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning
  • Liaise with OEMs for new products/services and align offerings to meet market demands
  • Manage reporting processes including weekly updates, monthly reviews, budget tracking, and ROI analysis
  • Create marketing materials, presentations, and proposals to support sales efforts
  • Handle multiple priorities effectively and adapt to changing business needs

Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience in business development and sales
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in direct sales
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets with consistent growth
  • Experience in building partnerships/alliances and driving revenue through collaborations
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable plans
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
