We are looking for a Business Development Manager / Executive to help us build and nurture this network and generate qualified project opportunities.

Role Overview
This role is focused on relationship-driven business development.
Your primary responsibility is to build strong, long-term relationships with:
• Architects & interior designers
• Channel partners & brokers
• Luxury real estate ecosystem
Your goal is to generate high-quality project leads and position Tulio as the go-to partner for window furnishings.
This is a high-energy, field-intensive, people-centric role.

Key Responsibilities
1) Architect & Interior Designer Outreach
• Identify, meet and build relationships with architects and interior designers across the city
• Present Tulio's products, services and studio experience
• Conduct regular studio visits, presentations and follow-ups
• Build long-term referral partnerships
• Keep Tulio top-of-mind during project planning stages

2) Channel Partner & Real Estate Networking
Build partnerships with:
• Real estate brokers
• Channel partners
• Developer sales teams
• Luxury residential communities
Focus on identifying:
• Apartments nearing possession
• Villas nearing handover
• Renovation projects
These are Tulio's core customer segments.

3) Lead Generation & Pipeline Building
• Generate qualified leads for the studio sales team
• Capture project requirements and timelines
• Maintain strong follow-ups until handover to studio team
• Ensure steady pipeline of warm opportunities

4) Relationship Management
• Maintain long-term engagement with partners
• Attend industry events, exhibitions and networking meets
• Build Tulio's reputation within the design community

5) Market Intelligence
• Track new luxury developments in the city
• Identify new pockets of opportunity
• Share competitive and market insights internally

What We're Looking For
Must Have
• 2–6 years experience in business development / field sales / relationship sales
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confidence meeting senior professionals daily
• High energy and willingness to travel within the city
• Ability to build trust and long-term relationships
Preferred Background
Experience in any of the following industries is a big plus:
• Interior design / architecture
• Real estate / luxury real estate
• Home décor / furniture / building materials
• Premium retail or lifestyle brands
