Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee the sales process, manage client accounts, and focus on driving revenue by identifying new opportunities and maintaining strong rapport with clients. Responsibilities include leading and motivating sales teams, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving defined sales targets. Regular interactions and negotiations with clients and stakeholders are key aspects of this role, alongside providing market insights and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in sales strategy development, negotiation, and business development
  • Knowledge of the real estate market, investment strategies, and local property laws
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Vadodara and travel locally as required
  • Experience in the real estate industry or similar fields is highly desirable
