Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Indore. The Sales Manager will oversee and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets, cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients, and provide leadership to the sales team. Responsibilities include conducting market research, identifying new business opportunities, developing client acquisition plans, and ensuring the effective execution of sales processes. The ideal candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Strategy, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
- Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and conduct in-depth market research
- Expertise in Team Leadership, Project Management, and Target Achievement
- Proven track record in achieving and surpassing sales goals in the financial services domain
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales performance management software
- Deep understanding of financial services and a network of industry contacts are advantageous
- Ability to work in an on-site role at the Indore location and adapt to a dynamic work environment
