Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager for our innovative team, based on-site in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will oversee client acquisition and relationship management, develop and implement sales strategies, and identify business growth opportunities in targeted markets. Key responsibilities include generating leads, negotiating and closing deals, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution. The candidate will act as the primary contact for clients and represent the company at industry events and meetings.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and negotiation
- Strategic Planning and Market Analysis experience to identify new opportunities and approaches
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to maintain effective client relationships and team collaboration
- Knowledge of Cooling Systems, Energy Efficiency, Commercial HVAC, and industrial technologies is beneficial
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively across teams
