Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and business development activities, building long-term client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve company revenue targets. They will identify new market opportunities, manage sales negotiations, and oversee team performance to ensure the achievement of goals and targets. The role also involves providing leadership and fostering collaboration within the sales team to achieve success.

Qualifications

• Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and partnerships
• Experience in market analysis, identifying opportunities, and creating strategies
• Proficiency in leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of industrial consumable products or experience in a similar industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and willingness to travel for business purposes, if required
