Job Description

Role: Sales Manager

Location: India (Onsite) You will own territory revenue, newlogo acquisition and account expansion for Career Bloc's employer and candidate solutions.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for assigned territory: prospect, qualify, demo, negotiate, and close B2B contracts to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a highquality pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, events, and partnerships; prioritise highvalue opportunities.
  • Manage key accounts to drive renewals, upsells and crosssell opportunities while ensuring excellent handoffs to Customer Success for adoption and retention.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and draft proposals / contracts in collaboration with legal and finance to accelerate closures.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, maintain CRM hygiene, and report weekly performance and pipeline health to leadership.
  • Represent product feedback and market insights to Product and Marketing to shape gotomarket strategies and product enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Proven B2B sales experience in HRtech, recruitment services, SaaS, or enterprise solutions; demonstrated quota achievement.
  • Track record managing endtoend enterprise or midmarket sales cycles with measurable revenue outcomes.
  • Comfortable with frequent onsite client engagements and territory travel as required.
