Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Surat. The Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the company. Responsibilities include creating and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, analyzing market trends, and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals. The role requires the ability to negotiate contracts, provide exceptional customer service, and participate in business development initiatives to expand the company's market reach.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development
- Strong skills in Market Analysis, Strategy Development, and Negotiation
- Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a sales team to ensure performance targets are met
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and general technical aptitude
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills
- Previous experience in the textile industry or a similar field is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
