CBH is a growing manufacturing company planning to expand our retail footprint across India through offline franchise stores. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager who can lead our franchise expansion efforts and bring strong strategic partners on board.
Job Summary
The Sales Manager Franchise Development will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and on boarding new franchise/strategic partners across India. This role involves developing strategic relationships, driving franchise sales, and ensuring successful establishment of new stores in compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential franchise/channel partners across PAN India.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, market research, and industry events.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations with prospective partners.
- Develop and execute franchise sales strategies to achieve expansion targets.
- Build strong relationships with potential investors, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Evaluate business proposals, site locations, and financial viability of franchise applicants.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance ,HR) for smooth on boarding.
- Ensure compliance with franchise agreements and brand guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and converted partners through CRM tools.
- Provide periodic reports and market insights to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 25 years of experience in Franchise Sales / Channel Sales / Business Development.
- Prior experience in retail expansion or OEM's, Engineering Goods, consumer goods, or channel development or Fasteners preferred.
- Ability to travel extensively across India.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and on boarding franchise partners.
