Role Overview

Talent Unlimited Online Services Pvt. Ltd. (Bobble AI) is seeking a dynamic Manager of Sales for our Advertisement & Marketing division a critical role within our sales team. This position is strategically positioned to engage with key decision-makers across brands and agencies, driving revenue growth through the generation, nurturing, and closure of sales opportunities. The role demands a deep understanding of the brand advertising ecosystem, enabling the incumbent to forge enduring relationships with clients while consistently exceeding sales targets.

In this mid-senior level role, the Manager will leverage their expertise to cultivate relationships with brand heads, CMOs, and media planners, utilizing a consultative selling approach to uncover new opportunities within existing accounts. The successful execution of responsibilities will be instrumental in defining and surpassing quarterly and annual sales revenue goals, ultimately contributing to the overall success and market penetration of Bobble AI's innovative communication products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with key decision-makers to identify, generate, and close sales opportunities within the Conversation Media Marketing sector.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with brand executives including CMOs and media planners to facilitate long-term partnerships.
  • Employ a consultative selling methodology to uncover new business opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Remain informed about emerging brands and product launches to strategically position Bobble AI's offerings.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools such as HubSpot.
  • Define, monitor, and exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.
  • Prepare compelling pitch decks and presentations for C-level executives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic sales initiatives.
  • Demonstrate leadership in networking activities to expand business opportunities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or additional marketing qualifications preferred
