Job Title:International Sales Manager Central & South America
Reporting to: Head International Sales.
Location:Mumbai, India (with frequent travel to Latin America)
Industry:Beauty, Personal Care, Perfumes
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and executesales strategiesfor Central and South American markets.
- Identify, onboard, and managedistributors, agents, and key accountsacross the region.
- Build and maintain strongrelationships with regional partners, retailers, and stakeholders.
- Monitormarket trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferencesto inform sales strategy.
- Coordinate withproduction, logistics, and marketing teams in Indiato ensure timely supply and successful product launches.
- Negotiatecontracts, pricing, and payment termswith partners and distributors.
- Represent the company attrade shows, exhibitions, and industry eventsin the region.
- Achievesales targets and revenue growthfor the assigned markets.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 510 years of international sales or business development experience, preferably in beauty, personal care, or FMCG.
- Proven experience inLatin American markets(Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Peru, etc.).
- Strong knowledge ofimport/export regulations, customs, and compliancein the region.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
- Excellentnegotiation, communication, and cross-cultural skills.
- Ability to analyzesales data, market trends, and competitionto make informed decisions.
- Willingness totravel frequentlyacross the region.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree inBusiness Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or related field.
- MBA or equivalent with a focus onInternational Business or Marketingis a plus.
