Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Pune. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying potential clients, and building long-lasting customer relationships. This role involves meeting sales targets, analyzing market trends, mentoring sales teams, and collaborating with management to develop growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will also play a key role in promoting Bhawani Fitness's holistic wellness programs to expand the client base.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
- Strong Marketing, Negotiation, and Client Engagement skills
- Leadership ability and experience in mentoring or managing sales teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented mindset and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in the fitness, wellness, or related industry is an advantage
- Ability to work on-site in Pune and collaborate effectively with team members
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
