We are seeking an experienced Property Sales Associate for a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. In this position, you will manage day-to-day sales activities, identify and engage with potential buyers, and build lasting client relationships to meet sales targets.

- Strong understanding of the real estate market and industry trends
- Excellent Communication, Customer Service, and Presentation skills
- Proficiency in Market Analysis, Sales Reporting, and Contract Preparation
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
- Relevant prior experience in the real estate or sales industry is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with local real estate regulations and property laws is a plus
