Should be a dynamic, go-getter with strong customer orientation and ability to guide the Sales teams. Must be well networked in the market and should have good contacts with Shippers & Consignees. Will be responsible for achieving targets, negotiating freight rates and ensuring timely collections. Additional responsibilities include maintaining and updating customer records in ERP system.
