Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Bengaluru. The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales plans aligned with business goals. Responsibilities include identifying and targeting new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, leading sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand and promote DigiFortex's cybersecurity solutions effectively. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in representing DigiFortex as a trusted partner in providing cutting-edge security solutions to clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B or enterprise sales, preferably in technology or cybersecurity
  • Strong skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and strategic negotiation
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts, including IT and cybersecurity solutions
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and analytical skills
  • Expertise in driving sales growth and meeting revenue targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales forecasting techniques
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Familiarity with key industries like BFSI, healthcare, IT/ITES, and startups is an advantage
  • Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
