Job Description

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships

• Conduct regular client reviews, feedback sessions, and engagement activities

Delivery Coordination

• Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams for timely closures

• Align internal teams with client hiring requirements

Performance Monitoring

Escalation Management

• Proactively manage client escalations and ensure quick resolution
