Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Kolkata. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing and implementing strategies to maximize sales revenue, and managing a team of sales consultants. Day-to-day tasks include setting sales targets, monitoring performance, conducting market research, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. The role also involves training and mentoring sales consultants to enhance their sales skills and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
