Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager based in Bengaluru. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales targets, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting the sales team with comprehensive project knowledge. Key responsibilities include devising sales strategies, developing sales pitch presentations, coordinating with marketing teams on lead generation strategies, and preparing reports on sales metrics and forecasts. Strong interpersonal communication and influencing skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Knowledge and experience in real estate sales or similar industries is highly preferred
Customer relationship management and client engagement expertise
Proficiency in preparing and delivering presentations, including sales pitches
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales metrics and produce actionable insights
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and relevant regional languages
Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software is an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
