Job Description

We'reHiring: Healthcare Business Development & Partnerships Executive

Location: Bengaluru

Work Mode: Both (Field + Office)

Timings: MonFri, 10 AM 7 PM | Sat, 10 AM 2:30 PM

Compensation: Fixed + Performance-Based Incentives (Based on experience & network)

Fixed: upto 3.6LPA

Role Overview

This isnot a pharma or product sales role.

We'relooking for someone who understands thehealthcare ecosystem, has astrong medical network, and can convert relationships intolong-term branding, content, and strategy clients.

You will handle medical outreach, business development, partnerships, and early-stage client servicing.

Roles & Responsibilities

Medical Outreach & Business Development

  • Leverage existing relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals
  • Identifyand approach doctors and healthcare brands who canbenefitfrom branding, content, podcasts, and visibility solutions
  • Set up meetings with decision-makers and pitch Phoenix Branding's services
  • Negotiate and close deals independently or with founder support

Partnerships & Growth

  • Build long-term partnerships within the healthcare ecosystem
  • Represent Phoenix Branding at medical events, conferences, and networking forums
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track conversions

Client Servicing & Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding new healthcare clients
  • Coordinate between clients and internal strategy/contentteamspost-closure
  • Maintain strong client relationships to enable renewals, retainers, and referrals

Required Experience & Skill Set

Must-Have (Non-Negotiable):

  • 2+year's experiencein healthcare, medical sales, business development, or partnerships
  • Strong existing network with doctors, clinics, or healthcare brands
  • Comfortable sellingbranding and service-based solutions
  • Clear communication and professional presence
  • Basic understanding of branding, marketing, or content strategy

Good-to-Have:

  • Experience in branding, digital, or creative agencies
  • ExMedical Sales Representative with consultative selling mindset
  • Exposure to hospitals, clinics, diagnostics, or health-tech brands
