Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Sales Manager who can generate revenue, convert leads into sales, and onboard new clients for our PR distribution and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate should have strong sales expertise, industry knowledge, and the ability to consistently achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert incoming leads into paying clients.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales and networking.
• Onboard clients for PR distribution, media placements, branding, SEO, and digital marketing services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and agencies.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable PR and marketing solutions.
• Prepare proposals, pricing plans, and sales presentations.
• Negotiate and close deals effectively.
• Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets assigned by the company.
• Maintain proper follow-ups with leads and existing clients.
• Coordinate with the operations and content teams for successful campaign execution.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and pipeline updates.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, PR distribution, advertising, or media sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of PR campaigns, media distribution, and digital marketing services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage sales pipelines.
• Experience in handling UAE or international clients is preferred.
• Strong lead conversion and client acquisition skills.
