Roles and Responsibilities
- Drive international advertising sales and revenue growth
- Acquire and manage global clients and media agencies
- Develop and execute international sales strategies
- Build strong relationships with advertisers and partners
- Pitch advertising solutions and media plans to clients
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing, creative, and ad operations teams
- Monitor campaign performance and client satisfaction
- Identify new market opportunities and industry trends
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and revenue analysis
- Manage client retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
- Ensure smooth execution of international ad campaigns
- Represent the company in global meetings, events, and conferences
- Stay updated on digital advertising and competitor activities
Key Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, or international business development
- Strong understanding of digital advertising and media industry
- Experience in handling international clients and agency relationships
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Knowledge of online advertising platforms and ad solutions
- Strong market research and business development skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or related field preferred
