Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Patna. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing a sales team, and achieving revenue objectives. Key day-to-day responsibilities include developing sales plans, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, preparing reports, and leading sales meetings to motivate the team and address challenges. The Sales Manager will play a critical role in expanding market share and ensuring customer satisfaction while working closely with other departments to align sales strategies with organizational goals.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales and business acumen with skills in business development and client relationship management
  • Proven experience in team leadership, mentoring, and performance management
  • Analytical skills for market analysis and strategic sales planning
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field required; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus
  • Ability to work on-site in Patna and adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Prior experience in the real estate or property management sector is preferred
