Job Summary:-

We are seeking a passionate, motivated, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the bathroom fittings, tiles, or hardware industry and will be responsible for managing and expanding both retail and project-based sales inquiries. The primary focus of this role is to identify potential leads, build strong relationships, and convert prospects into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Identify, develop, and convert new sales leads into active customers.

2. Manage and grow retail as well as project-based inquiries (residential, commercial, and institutional).

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, architects, contractors, and project consultants.

4. Conduct regular market visits to generate new business opportunities.

5. Present and promote company products effectively to clients.

6. Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiations, and order closures.

7. Coordinate with internal teams (production, dispatch, and accounts) to ensure smooth order execution.

8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

9. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Required Qualifications & Experience:-

1. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in bathroom fittings, tiles, sanitaryware, or the hardware industry.

2. Strong understanding of retail and project sales channels.

3. Proven ability to generate leads and close sales successfully.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

6. Willingness to travel locally as required for business development.

Preferred Skills:-

1. Existing network of dealers, contractors, or project contacts.

2. Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.

3. Strong presentation and relationship-management skills.
