Role Description

This full-time Sales Manager role is an on-site position located in Bengaluru South. The Sales Manager will lead sales efforts to meet and exceed targets by managing client relationships, overseeing lead generation, and conducting site visits to showcase properties. Additional responsibilities include devising and executing sales strategies, collaborating with the marketing team, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. The role involves continuous market analysis to identify opportunities for sales growth, training and mentoring the sales team, and maintaining accurate records of activities and results.

Qualifications
  • Strong negotiation, customer relationship building, and client engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in sales planning, marketing strategies, and achieving targets through effective methods.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends in Bengaluru, especially in the Whitefield area, is highly advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a sales team effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
