Job Description

About the Role:

As a Key Account Manager – Corporate Sales & Business Development, you will manage key corporate clients while also exploring and securing new business opportunities in the Bangalore region. Your objective will be to drive revenue growth, establish strong client relationships, and contribute to the expansion of Ferns N Petals corporate gifting business.

FNP (Ferns N Petals) is India's largest gifting brand, known for its wide range of products including flowers, plants, cakes, and personalized gifts. We cater to both B2B and B2C clients, delivering exceptional gifting experiences across India and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Corporate Sales & Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets through direct corporate sales. Close high-value deals with mid-to-large corporate clients across the region.
  • New Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and convert new B2B clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events. Develop customized gifting and engagement solutions that align with client needs.
  • Key Account Management: Manage relationships with existing corporate clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships. Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations, new requirements, and account expansion.
  • Proposal Development & Negotiation: Prepare impactful proposals, presentations, and quotations tailored to client needs. Lead commercial negotiations and close deals independently.
  • Market Mapping & Industry Intelligence: Research market trends, competitor activities, and industry movements to identify new business opportunities. Map key industry verticals (IT, BFSI, Pharma, Real Estate, etc.) for strategic targeting.
  • Sales Funnel & CRM Management: Maintain an active and healthy sales pipeline in CRM (Salesforce or internal tool). Ensure timely updates on client interactions, meetings, and opportunities.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (product, operations, logistics, marketing) to ensure seamless execution of corporate orders and campaigns. Share client feedback to improve service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–5 years of corporate sales or key account management experience.
  • Strong understanding of B2B/enterprise sales and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Experience in E-commerce or Retail industry preferred.
