Company Description Diligent Enterprises is a real estate consulting firm specializing in marketing and selling residential and commercial properties in and around Whitefield, Bengaluru. The company provides end-to-end advisory services to buyers and investors, helping them identify suitable properties and navigate transactions smoothly. Diligent Enterprises works closely with builders and developers, representing them on proposed and ongoing projects. The team focuses on transparent communication, market insight, and customer-centric service to build long-term client relationships.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru East. The Sales Manager will lead property sales activities, including managing the sales pipeline, conducting site visits, and converting qualified leads into closed deals. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers, and builder partners, as well as representing projects professionally during presentations and negotiations. The Sales Manager will analyze local market trends, develop sales plans, and coordinate marketing initiatives with internal and external stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities also include tracking performance metrics, preparing sales reports, mentoring junior sales team members, and ensuring high standards of customer service throughout the sales cycle.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or property consulting, preferably in residential projects.
  • Strong client relationship management, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to plan and execute sales strategies, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Solid understanding of the Bengaluru East and Whitefield real estate market, or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confident presentation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comfort using CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and digital communication platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on-site, handle multiple projects, and adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are an advantage.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings, depending on client and site visit requirements.
