Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Bengaluru East. The Sales Manager will lead property sales activities, including managing the sales pipeline, conducting site visits, and converting qualified leads into closed deals. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers, and builder partners, as well as representing projects professionally during presentations and negotiations. The Sales Manager will analyze local market trends, develop sales plans, and coordinate marketing initiatives with internal and external stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities also include tracking performance metrics, preparing sales reports, mentoring junior sales team members, and ensuring high standards of customer service throughout the sales cycle.
