Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales initiatives within an assigned territory which is South of India, specifically focusing on retail, horeca, and foodservice channels in the entire South. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, building relationships with distributors and partners, and managing on-ground sales teams. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved. Collaborating with marketing and product teams to integrate strategic insights into sales efforts will also be essential. This is a full-time on-site role based in Bangalore.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in B2B sales, retail partnerships, and foodservice channels.
  • Excellent team management and leadership abilities, including training, motivating, and supervising a team of sales representatives.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills, with proven experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Preferred experience in the food industry or similar sectors like FMCG or horeca distribution.
  • Proficiency in market analysis and sales forecasting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.

Location: Bangalore, will need to travel the entire South, India.

CTC upto 7 to 7.5 LPA.
