Job Description

Role : Sales Lead

Location : Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from office

Experience : 5 - 8 yrs

Note:

  • We are looking for candidates who can join immediately or within 15- 30 days
  • There is a stability agreement of 18 months.
  • Candidates who have a career gap of more than 4 months are not eligible.

About the Role

We are looking for a high-performance Sales Lead / Hunter who can drive end-to-end revenue growth by owning the complete sales lifecycle - from opportunity creation to deal closure and account expansion.

This is a revenue ownership role, not a support function.

You will identify opportunities, lead consultative sales conversations, manage complex deal cycles, and convert pipeline into measurable business outcomes across global markets.

You will work closely with founders, product, and delivery teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and business outcomes.

A key expectation is strong hands-on expertise in Gen-AI tools and modern sales workflows to enhance prospecting, outreach, proposal creation, and conversion efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Ownership & Strategy

  • Own revenue targets, pipeline growth, and deal conversion outcomes.
  • Drive new business acquisition through outbound, inbound, and strategic partnerships.
  • Execute sales strategies aligned with business and market expansion goals.

End-to-End Sales Execution

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → qualification → discovery → demo → proposal → negotiation → closure.
  • Manage multi-stakeholder, complex deal cycles with strong follow-up discipline.
  • Close deals across international markets, managing clients across geographies and time zones.
  • Be flexible to engage in late evening / night calls (as required) for global stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong focus on conversion efficiency and high deal closure rates.

Consultative Selling

  • Understand customer problems deeply and drive value-based, ROI-focused conversations.
  • Engage with decision-makers (CXOs, founders, leadership) with strong business understanding.
  • Position solutions aligned with client goals, not just features.

Proposal, Negotiation & Deal Structuring

  • Create and own proposals, SOWs, pricing models, and commercial structures.
  • Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract closures.
  • Balance client expectations with business profitability and delivery feasibility.

Pipeline, Forecasting & CRM Discipline

  • Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasting, and deal tracking in CRM tools.
  • Build dashboards and provide visibility to leadership.
  • Continuously improve pipeline quality and forecasting accuracy.

Performance Optimization

  • Analyze win/loss trends, conversion rates, and sales cycles.
  • Identify bottlenecks and improve sales efficiency.
  • Build and refine sales playbooks and conversion strategies.

Gen-AI Enabled Sales Execution

  • Use Gen-AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for:
  • Prospect research and account intelligence
  • Personalized outreach and messaging
  • Proposal drafting and refinement
  • Sales pitch optimization and deal strategy
  • Leverage AI to improve speed, quality, and conversion outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, delivery, and marketing teams.
  • Ensure alignment between sales commitments and delivery execution.

Account Growth

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build long-term client relationships and drive customer lifetime value (CLV).
  • Manage and close deals across international markets, handling clients across geographies and time zones.
  • Be flexible to engage in late evening / night calls (as required) to support global stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong focus on conversion efficiency, ensuring smooth pipeline movement and high deal closure rates.

  • Sales Intelligence: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo
  • Outreach: Outreach, Salesloft, Lemlist

  • Communication: Zoom, Google Meet
  • Gen-AI Tools: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini

Requirements

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in B2B / Enterprise Sales / Business Development
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals and maintaining high conversion rates
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end sales lifecycle and deal execution
  • Experience working with international clients and global sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM tools
  • Hands-on experience with Gen-AI tools for sales productivity and execution
  • Flexibility to work in extended hours for global engagements when required
  • High ownership mindset with ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments
